While we work on reorganizing and updating our sustainable reimbursement page, we’ve started with updating detailed examples connected to different “food is medicine” type of interventions we see in Vermont:

• Cost Savings Estimation Review for FQHC Pilot Programs - Focused on the marginal costs of integrating food services with clinical considerations (scroll to final example on page)

• Structure of USDA Produce Prescription Grant Programs - Advocacy brief from Bi-State Primary Care Association, this is an example of the challenges in setting up cross-sector grant programs that can lead to sustainable reimbursement in health care.
