Dartmouth Atlas of Health Care - Maps variations in medical and health resources across the country
Vermont Health Resource Allocation Plan - Note, updating this plan was delayed due to the pandemic

Health Center UDS Data - Contains detailed data from all community health centers
2-1-1 Data Reports - Track assistance requests received by 2-1-1 by location and type of information requested
